Enrique holds a Law degree from the University of Seville (2001) and a Masters degree in Law & Maritime Business from the Pontificate University of Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid in conjunction with the Spanish Maritime Institute (IME) (2003). He is a judicial expert qualified in mercantile surveys.
Enrique specialised in Maritime Law while working in Nagasa, southern Spain correspondents for several P&I Clubs and marine and cargo surveyors, during his traineeship at the Britannia P&I Club, at the Steamship Insurance Management Services Ltd., at More, Fisher.Brown in London and at Dipp Lupton Alsop (Madrid).
Enrique joined Fernando Meana Green & Co. in 2004 and became a member of the Bar Association in 2005. Since 2005 he has been in charge of our Cadiz office, from where he works in all areas of Maritime law. Enrique has experience in Civil and Mercantile law, land transport, Administrative Sanctioning proceedings and claims arising from agency contracts.
